I use organic wheat berries and mill them to create flour. I then use that flour to make the bread. The use of fresh milled flour preserves most of the nutrients and flavor so you get a very delicious nutrient rich bread very different than what you get from the store.
I do not sift anything out so you get the whole grain
Flour is milled the same day as when it is baked for freshest bread
